How to turn off persistent ESET Smart Security pop-ups - Outbound /Inbound traffic: "An application running on this computer is attempting to communicate with a remote computer. Do you wish to allow this communication?... Allow or Deny"

Open ESET window > setup > Personal Firewall > Switch to automatic filtering mode > enter password > done.
